The website is operated by Atelier Zetterberg LLC, trading as Lily and Rose, under license no. 2112219.01 with registered address Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE and United Arab Emirates as country of domicile.
Cancellation, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you change your mind after placing an order, contact customer service as soon as possible. If the order already has been processed your cancellation will be treated as a return.
You have full right of withdrawal for 14 days from receiving the order confirmation, provided you have not used the jewellery and they are returned in original condition and original packaging. You will be responsible for the transport risk and shipping and associated cost. When returning the jewellery, provide us with your order number and name. Refunds will be made to your bank account after we have received your return in approved condition. An administration fee of AED 30 per order will apply. Contact us at info@Lilyandrose.ae for instructions if you want to return a product.
We do not offer exchanges, please see returns.
Lily and Rose delivers to the United Arab Emirates. Delivery will be made to address stated in your order.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Charges are included in the price displayed on our website.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact you for a second attempt, from the third attempt you will be charged 20 AED per attempt.
Damage to package
If the parcel has been damaged during shipping you must immediately report this to your representative. Do not collect a damaged package! If you don’t detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the shipping company’s handling, contact them and make an injury report.
Your order will be processed Sunday – Thursday excluding public holidays. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days from order confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when you have placed an order. If you have not received this within 2 business days, please contact our customer service.
In case of complaint / return always state your order number.
Our products are covered by 1-year warranty covering fabrication errors. The warranty does not apply to wear damage, please see our care instructions. Contact us at info@Lilyandrose.ae for instructions if you have a warranty claim.
